In September 2023, the founder of Platinum Detail wanted to make money. He had an idea to start a car detailing business. With just tissues and Windex, he began offering his services.
One woman was very happy with her car's transformation and shared her positive experience on Facebook. This led to many new clients reaching out.
As the business grew, the founder realized it was more than just a service—it was about building genuine connections and making a real impact.
The rapid growth brought challenges, but each one taught valuable lessons, making the business stronger.
Looking back, the founder marveled at how a simple idea and a single satisfied customer had turned into a thriving business.
